Grover Arnett
Grover has been helping injured and disabled people for nearly 25 years. He is no stranger to representing injured workers on worker’s
compensation claims and social security disability claims. In fact, Arnett is ranked in the top ten of worker’s compensation attorneys in
Kentucky, and represents clients from all walks of life from across America on social security disability claims. In 2007, he was appointed
by Governor Ernie Fletcher to serve on the Kentucky Worker’s Compensation Judicial Nominating Commission, where he serves as Chairman of the
Commission. In 2012, he was re-appointed by Governor Steve Beshear to continue this service.

Lucinda Jane Cornett
Lucinda is a
native of Eastern Kentucky and a coal miner’s daughter, born and raised on top of a mountain at the end of a hollow of Perry County. She
graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Political Science. She then worked as a newspaper reporter before
deciding to attend law school. Lucinda went to the University of Kentucky College of Law with an Appalachian Fellowship scholarship and
graduated cum laude in 2010. Lucinda was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal’s Editorial Board and her note, Remembering the Endangered
“Child”: Limiting the Definition of “Safe Haven” and Looking Beyond the Safe Haven Law Framework, was published in the Journal.
